Ways to Give
We offer several convenient ways for you to support our church financially
During Services
Giving envelopes are available in the pew racks. QR codes can be scanned with a mobile device. You can place your cash or check offering in the collection plate during Sunday services.
By Mail

Give securely online through our website. You can make a one-time gift or set up recurring donations.

2. Give via Bank Transfer (ACH)
To give directly from your bank account via your routing and account numbers:
- Click the "Donate Now" button above
- In the top right or payment section of the form, select **"Bank Account"** (instead of Card)
- Enter your bank's routing number and your account number
- Submit your secure gift
Note: Bank transfers have significantly lower processing fees than credit cards, allowing more of your gift to go directly to ministry.
3. Set Up Recurring Giving
Recurring giving helps our church plan our budget and ensures consistent support for our ministries. To set up recurring donations:
- Click the "Donate Now" button above
- Toggle or select the option that says **"Recurring Giving"** or **"Setup Automated Giving"**
- Choose your frequency (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, etc.)
- Select your preferred payment method and date
You can modify or cancel your recurring gift at any time within the online giving platform.
4. Mobile App / Cellphone
You may download the tith.ly app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Market.
- Create an account
- Search for our church "Port of Hope Ministries"
- Select your preferred options
- The Church will be saved to your account.
There are QR codes available at the back of the sanctuary, or near the coffee bar that can also be scanned from a mobile phone camera.
Financial Accountability
We are committed to transparency and accountability in our financial practices
Oversight & Governance
- Our finances are overseen by our Board of Directors and approved by our Lead Pastor.
- Annual budgets are approved by the church leadership and presented to the congregation on the fellowship hall bulletin board.
- We adhere to generally accepted accounting principles and best practices for churches.
Transparency
- Quarterly financial reports are made available to church members on the fellowship hall bulletin board.
- Annual financial statements are subject to our bylaws, rules, and regulations.
- Members are welcome to inquire about our financial practices and reports.
Annual Report
We publish an annual report that includes a breakdown of our income and expenses, ministry accomplishments, and goals for the coming year.

Port of Hope Ministries (DBA: Port of Hope Church) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Donation receipts can be issued upon request, or through our Online Giving platform. Annual giving statements are provided by January 31st for the previous year's donations.
